In this case, I think congratulations are more in order. Congratulations for finding and supporting the ideals of Open Government. You found this campaign, read the details and see the value of Citizen Oversight of our Congress Members work. Congratulations for realizing you can be a voice in our government.

While we and 12 other campaigns did do not get our first choice for our next congress member, we can still achieve our Legislative Objectives in Washington D.C.
We can achieve this by joining an LAO. I invite everyone to join a Legislative Action Organization (LAO)!!

IT’S NOT OVER. YOU CAN USE ALL OF THE TOOLS WE HAVE BUILT FOR YOU, TO ACHIEVE YOUR LEGISLATIVE OBJECTIVES.

And you can vote again November 3rd for hopefully your second choice for our next congress member.

If you want to influence Federal Legislation - join a Legislative Action Group (LAO) to make a real difference.

These LAO groups:
1. Begin by reading the actual Legislation, by-passing the media circus.
2. Lobby all 435 Congress members, face to face, in their office.
3. Invite ALL constituents to sign their petitions (also accept & consolidate opposing votes & views)
4. Hold congress members accountable by publishing

Next phases:
The LAO’s will be Publishing their many Legislative success over the past four years.
We will be Splitting Bills into distinct Legislative Issues, for Voters to Review & Approve. Unbundling the Congressional cover-ups of unfavorable Legislation. (See @Citability)
